SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Free shipping on all parcels shipped with Royal Mail first class - not shipped special delivery signed for, unless specifically requested (this will be an extra £2 for signed delivery). I hold no liability for parcels that go missing if not sent extra tracked.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Unless requested to send signed for and tracked delivery, there will be no way of tracking your order. However, if you would like to pay the extra £2 for tracked postage - your tracking number will be sent on the invoice upon purchase.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
If your item isn't up to standards, please get in touch within 14 days of purchasing and I will issue you the full refund. Subject to change in circumstances.
100% SECURE ORDERING
So at the moment I am not able to process payment orders through my website, so this will have to be done via Email (wilderjewelco@gmail.com) and through PayPal or Bank transfer. You are more than welcome to use PayPal's business option, which means I will pay tax on the payment so it will need to be a little higher to cover differences - but then you are covered if you ever want your money back from PayPal, for whatever reason this may be.
